A night of intensive prayer

Luke 18:1 “And he spake a parable unto them to this end that men ought always to pray and not to faint.”2E4A2164

Prayer is the direct link to heaven. Destinies are released and brought forth by prayer. Ministries are birthed by prayer and our walk with God is sustained by prayer. This night vigil has been all about prayer,  to seek his face. We lift our hands towards heaven,  I believe you came to pray.  You had the invitation to a night intensive prayer, a night focused solely on prayer. A night when your neighbor fades away and the only thing that matters is the communion between you and God.

Hear this, the reason things don’t happen is because men don’t pray anymore. The supernatural doesn’t happen as often because of lack of prayer. A pastor who does not pray  and expects miracles to happen is a magician. If you desire pure miracles call on the name of the Lord earnestly. Prayer requires leaving our comforts and the evil that moves in the night will not see you.

Psalm 27:13  I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

In the midst of challenges pray. Troubles of life always come to deter and distract you from prayer. The evil one knows problems weaken you and there is constantly attack after attack. Either you let your prayer weaken your problems or you let your problems weaken your prayer. Most people allow problems to weaken their prayer.

The agenda of the devil is to weaken your prayer. He knows if he succeeds to bring your prayer life to a halt, he has brought your business or your marriage down.

Prayer is a command and not a suggestion and it’s for your own protection from the enemy who is constantly on the prowl. A prayerless Christian is a weak Christian, he is a vulnerable believer, he dines with the devil. The enemy came to steal kill and destroy but Jesus came that you may have life in abundance. God is asking you to ask yourself this one simple question, “How strong is your prayer life? How effective is your prayer? How long do you pray?”

If Jesus, in his glory as the Son of God could command his disciples, the men who walked with God himself, to pray, what more you?
